The Aurora Municipal Center is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday by appointment, for payments and for limited walk-in services. Walk-in payments are available for Water Billing and Cashier Services. To make an appointment, contact departments directly, or contact Access Aurora at 303.739.7000.

Customer Portals

Upload plans, pay for select permits, review and comment on development projects, apply and renew select licenses, and other online services related to building, planning and development.

Schedule pre-application meetings and register neighborhood and community groups, complete arborist licensing and renewal, and apply for small cell and fiber optic licensing, floodplain development permits, temporary use permits, temporary sign permits and film permits (donation bins and block party permits coming Sept. 27).

Permitting services for things like temporary use permits, block parties and filming; business licensing services for marijuana businesses, liquor, trash hauling and more; and fire/life safety inspections.
