In response to recent adjustments in the city’s operational structure, General Management functions in the city organization have changed to positively enhance how we do business and provide quality services and infrastructure to residents and businesses. General Management is now considered a city department.

This office manages election administration, records management, boards and commissions, City Council meetings, lobbyist registration, and legal notices.
Intergovernmental Relations
This division manages federal, state and local governmental affairs.
Office of International and Immigrant Affairs
This office works to facilitate the successful integration of immigrants and refugees into Aurora’s civic, economic and cultural life.
Fleet Services
This division is responsible for managing the purchase, repair, maintenance, and fuel for more than 3,000 pieces of city equipment.
Facilities Security
This office manages security for the city’s facilities.
