To act as a Board of Adjustment and Appeals and Board of Standards regarding building codes and contractor licensing, review administrative error, and suspension/revocations of licenses.
Must be an Aurora resident and registered voter for at least one year prior to appointment. The Board shall include two citizens not connected with building construction; one member who qualifies for either a class "A" or "B" builder's license with five years experience in building construction; one structural design engineer; one architect; and one electrical design engineer.
