Air Quality

This page is under construction.

The Energy & Environment Division is excited to provide the first government-sponsored air quality monitoring network in the city! 15 stations are spread throughout Aurora across every Ward, to inform community members and Staff about the quality of the air on a real-time basis. The map below provides access to the data, which includes Particulate Matter(PM), Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs), Ozone, Carbon Monoxide(CO), and Nitrogen Dioxide(NO2), along with temperature, humidity, and wind speed and direction.

We invite you to explore the map above which shows current realtime data. The AIRVIEW tab shows the map, along with options to view only the city-sponsored stations, or also include private stations. The color-filled areas are interpretations between the stations based on Tellus' private algorithms. The DASHBOARD tab provides detailed charts of data from each well.
