What is EyeOnWater?

Aurora Water is in the process of a multi-year upgrade to advanced metering infrastructure (AMI). With AMI, meters transmit readings daily instead of monthly like traditional meters. Now, Aurora Water has more comprehensive data to help customers understand their water use through EyeOnWater, a free, online portal. EyeOnWater allows you to monitor water use and set leak alerts to help you enhance water management at your property.

Mobile sign up

1. Download the EyeOnWater mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
   
   
2. Enter your Aurora Water Account Number.
   
   
3. Enter your Service Location or Billing Zip Code. If you don’t know where to look for your account number, tap help. When you are done, tap Continue.
   
   
4. Review and verify your account number by tapping Yes, That’s Me or tap Go Back to enter a different account number.
   
   
5. Finish creating your account by entering a username, email address and a password that is at least 8 characters long.
   
   
6. Read and check the box to accept the Terms of Use, and tap Submit. Follow the on-screen instructions to send a verification email. After opening the verify link in the email, return to the EyeOnWater app and, if prompted, tap "I’ve Verified My Email", or login from the Welcome screen.

1. Visit EyeOnWater.com/signup. Enter your service or billing area ZIP or Postal Code.
   
   
2. Enter your account number on your water bill.
    
3. Click next.
   
   
4. Enter your email address.
   
   
5. Create and confirm a password.
    
6. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters.
   
   
7. You will get a confirmation email from Badger Meter, Inc. Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. If you use your email to log into EyeOnWater accounts for more than one water utility, you may receive more than one reset password email.
