Tallyn’s Reach Library turns 20 years old in 2024, and you are invited to join the celebration. The branch staff is ready to celebrate in style with a special storytime, collecting memories, and a birthday party set in 2004, all taking place Saturday, March 23.
Tallyn’s Reach Library is part of the 82,000-square-foot namesake municipal center that also houses Police District 3, Fire Station No. 13 and the Aurora 911 communications center, located at Arapahoe Road and Aurora Parkway. When it opened in 2004, the facility cost about $17 million, and it was funded by public safety and library facilities bonds passed by voters in 2000 as well as through the E-911 Fund.
