The city of Aurora invites contractors, consultants and vendors to the 2024 Business Opportunity Fair
The city of Aurora’s Finance Department, in collaboration with the Office of International and Immigrant Affairs and the Aurora-South Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC), will host the 2024 Business Opportunity Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway.
This event is an opportunity for contractors, consultants and vendors to learn about the requirements and steps to do business with the city of Aurora, explore resources from the city’s small business program and receive information about the city’s insurance requirements. Additionally, information on upcoming opportunities for design consulting, construction, operating and maintenance services with the city will be provided.
The fair will also include networking opportunities, resource tables and presentations from various city departments, including Purchasing, Building Division/Permitting, Tax and Licensing in addition to an informational presentation by the Small Business Development Center.
