Rules To Know Before Your Visit to Quincy Reservoir

Pets not allowed - To protect wildlife habitat & reduce the threat of waste in our drinking water.

Grilling limited to the parking lot, gazebo, and the hard surface areas of the boat ramp turn around area - As a small natural area, these regulations help minimize the impact on the environment.

Fee area - Quincy requires a daily per-vehicle entry fee or season pass.

Boat specifics - Only hand-launched boats. No gas motors allowed. Any vessel that contains a compartment capable of holding water will require a Watercraft Access Pass and must go through boat inspection.

A wearable Coast Guard approved life jacket is required for all persons on all watercraft. Children 12 yrs and younger must wear the life jacket.

Artificial flies & lures only - Use or possession of bait, both live and manufactured, is strictly prohibited at Quincy Reservoir.

All fishing regulations set forth by Colorado Parks & Wildlife are enforced.

Only bicycles or foot traffic allowed on trails.

No swimming.

Alcohol - craft beer and wine is allowed in a can or plastic bottle only.

No glass containers.
