EyeOnWater is constantly on the lookout for leaks and can notify you if it suspects one. Leak notifications can be set using EyeOnWater on the web or the mobile app using the Leak Alert function. If you have more than one meter on your account, you will need to set an alert for each meter.
Recommended Leak Alert Levels
Residential properties: start with 1 gallon per hour
Commercial properties: start with 1 gallon per hour
This low amount can catch most leaks, but depending on the normal use at your property, you may need to increase that setting to avoid false leak alerts.
