In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and for your safety, the City of Aurora Municipal Court has implemented a virtual court system that allows you to make your scheduled court appearances without having to enter the courtroom.

If you are scheduled to appear in the Aurora Municipal Court for a criminal or traffic case arraignment, please contact your attorney or the court in advance of your court date to confirm if your case is eligible for a virtual court appearance.

Call the Aurora Municipal Court at 303-739-6444 or 303-739-6421, select option #1 or by text message to 720.704.0100. When contacting the court, please provide the name on the summons, date of birth, and summons number, if available.

What Can I Do If I Do Not Have the Ability To Appear Virtually?

If you do not have the electronic ability to appear virtually by using the WebEx platform, please submit a motion by visiting our website at https://court.auroragov.org/Motions requesting your case be scheduled for an in-person appearance.

What Happens If I Fail To Appear For A Virtual Court Appearance?

Failure to appear may result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest. Therefore, it is imperative that you make arrangements to ensure that you and/or your attorney attend virtual court.
