Development Application: The Planning and Development Services Department implemented an electronic submission application for all new Development Applications submitted after Feb. 1, 2012. If you have not been through the pre-application process with the Office of Development Assistance, please call 303.739.7217 and ask to speak with a case manager.
Neighborhood Plan Submittal Checklist: The purpose of the neighborhood plan is to layout: Preliminary lots; Street network; Primary Infrastructure; Use of Space. (Lots and tracts that will accommodate parks, buffers, stormwater, and others). Unlike Site Plans, Neighborhood Plans will not include any landscaping or vertical development. Site Plans are still required for all vertical development proposals and may be required for other land development projects, such as parks. The Neighborhood Plan precedes the Final Plat and other more detailed entitlements, which may include Site Plans, Civil, and Building reviews. Pre-Application Meetings are required as part of the Neighborhood Plan process and are not optional.
Pre-Submittal Meeting Checklist: Use this form when preparing for a Development Application pre-submittal meeting with your case manager.
