Track and field is a socially and athletically diverse opportunity for participants to learn and practice independence, personal growth and determination. Athletes have the choice to experience a variety of track events, including running, jumping and throwing. All athletes will work on conditioning, proper fundamentals, techniques, teamwork and competition in a fun, low stress environment.

Participants will work with coaches during practice evenings during the week. 
Meets are held on Saturdays (no meet July 5) at various locations in the metro area. Meet times are approximately 8am-2pm.
