Monthly Commuter Parking Permits are available for purchase at specific light rail stations along RTD’s R Line within the city of Aurora. See below for more information on where Monthly Commuter Permits are offered.

Iliff Station Garage

The Iliff Station Garage is a city-owned and -operated facility exclusively serving Regional Transportation District (RTD) patrons utilizing RTD rail and bus service. Monthly parking is available at Iliff Station for $45 per month and guarantees a space for permit holders between the hours of 5 and 10 a.m. Daily parking is also available for $1.50 per day.

Hyatt Regency Hotel & Conference Center Garage

Daily and monthly parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Hotel & Conference Center Garage, located just blocks from the Colfax Station and adjacent to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Daily parking charges vary, and monthly parking is available at the Hyatt Garage for $50 per month. 

Future Opportunities

As demand increases for parking resources along RTD’s light-rail line, the Park Aurora Program will make available monthly parking permits at the Metro Center and 2nd & Abilene stations. To inquire about parking opportunities at these stations, please contact the Park Aurora Program at 303.739.7338.
