- Quincy Reservoir: Closed for the season
- Recreation Centers (ACAA, Central, Moorhead and Southeast): Open
- Expo Community Center: Closed
- Nature Centers (Plains Conservation, Morrison and Senac): Closed
- Preschools: Closed
