Toilets are the single highest water-consuming device in the home or office—and often the busiest. You will see major savings by installing new ultra-high-efficiency toilets.
-
Replace 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) or more toilets with a .8 gpf unit and receive up to $100 based on the pre-tax material cost of the toilet.
-
Rebates are available for up to two toilets per household every 10 years.
- Large properties — including commercial, multifamily, industrial and institutional — may be eligible for rebates on more than two toilets.
Toilet rebates are issued as credits to your water bill unless your HOA pays your water bill.
Toilet rebate program rules:
- Purchase a new toilet that uses .8 gpf and is WaterSense certified.
- Installations must be completed before applying.
- Applicants must be Aurora Water customers in good standing, with accounts at a zero balance.
- An inspection may be required to verify the replacement of your toilet(s).
- Dual-flush models are not eligible for a rebate.
Toilet rebate process:
- Submit your application and receipt within 90 days of purchase.
- Large property rebates require prior approval; do not start installations before applying and receiving approval. A maximum of two toilets per multi-family unit. Call Water Conservation at 303.739.7195 for additional information.
- Complete the toilet rebate application by clicking on the button below. You must create a login using your Aurora Water account number for this and any future rebates.
Special Note for Homeowners with HOAs
If you are a homeowner whose homeowners' association (HOA) pays your water bill, you are still eligible to participate in the toilet rebate program. Instead of receiving a credit on the water bill, you will receive your rebate through a check sent to your home. Click here for the HOA-based application.
