Aurora Public Library’s Muse Mentorship, started and mentored by Aurora
Poet Laureate Ahja Fox, aims to support writers through one-on-one
meetings as a means to work towards the mentee’s writing goals. Applications are required to submit a cover letter explaining their writing goal, or project, and how this mentorship will help them accomplish it. They are also required to submit an outline of steps to start and complete their project or submit a small sample of the work they already started.
Muse Mentorship is free of charge and is available to those 18 and over.
