At approximately 03:50 AM, Aurora Fire Rescue received a report of a fire in the vicinity of 13000 E 30th Avenue. Upon arrival, the firefighters discovered that the fire had broken out between two homes. They immediately began fire suppression operations.
Upon arrival of additional fire crews, a search was initiated to locate any individuals or animals that may have been affected by the fire. Firefighters were able to rescue two dogs and brought them to safety.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and firefighters were able to bring the fire under control without further incident. The origin and cause of the fire are currently under investigation, and no further updates are expected at this time.
