As temperatures continue to rise and dry and windy conditions persist, brush fires pose a significant risk. The community can assist in preventing wildfires by avoiding sources of potential ignition, such as open flames and cigarettes, observing fire restrictions and fire bans, and calling or texting 911 if there is an emergency, such as a fire, or if you see smoke.
