The city of Aurora Parks, Recreation & Open Space is undergoing a master plan process for the Plains Conservation Center. Our goal is to create a shared vision to guide the development, management and marketing of the PCC’s natural grassland ecosystem, eclectic collection of buildings, and traditions of education programming and conservation.
