Captain Diane Schroeder and Program Specialist Cynthia Wells staff the Community Relations Bureau. We strive to meet the needs of our community by providing consistent,accurate, and timely information.

We manage: social media for the fire department, internal and external communications, lateral recruiting, the scheduling and coordination of all community events, fire station tours, educational presentations, as well as represent Aurora Fire Rescue on multiple committees and coalitions.

We are responsible for the development and delivery of the FREE educational programs offered by the department which include:

• Fire Affect Program

• Apartment Manager Program

• Car Seat Program
