The city of Aurora recently launched a new Infill Development Incentive Program featuring infill development fees reduced on the spot for qualifying projects.

The program, which targets smaller infill projects, offers 50 percent off infill development fees for a limited time only (excluding water utility fees; up to a maximum of $25,000).
Qualifying Criteria

Limited to commercial (5,000 square feet or less for single story or 10,000 square feet or less for multi-story) or residential (two to eight units)
- Available to properties located in the boundary area
- Must meet the city definition for infill (ask us for details)
- Available to both vacant and redevelopment properties, whether to construct a new structure, expand or rehabilitate an existing structure
- Permit must be obtained within 12 months of notification of incentive approval
