Group Fitness Classes
The City of Aurora Recreation Department offers a wide variety of Drop-in and Specialty Registration Fitness Classes that are held at locations across Aurora. Try Yoga, Strength Training, Zumba, TRX, Cycling, Essentrics, Tai Chi, or one of our many other classes. Classes are held during the day and evening to best meet your busy schedule. Drop-in classes at Beck, ACAA, Expo, and Moorhead are included with membership or daily pass fee.

SilverSneakers

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is free for individuals ages 65 and older who have Medicare Part B as well as membership with select supplemental health care plans.

Nutrition & Wellness/Weight Management Coaching Information
Let our certified Nutrition and Wellness/Weight Management Coaches help you create an individualized program to help with nutrition and healthy living. Wellness/Weight Management Coaching covers total wellness, including nutrition and some fitness. Nutrition Coaching covers nutrition only.

Massage

Treat yourself to a relaxing or therapeutic massage. Some of the benefits of massage include stress relief, relaxation, improved circulation, enhancement in the healing of injuries, and the reduction in muscle tension and headache pain. Our certified Massage Therapists are trained in a variety of massage styles, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Post-Injury and Pre-Natal.
