Classes and Summer Camps
Playing an instrument is not only a fun hobby it can have numerous health benefits. Studies have shown that playing an instrument can reduce stress, boost creativity, enhance social connections, improving overall well-being. The benefits for children are even more profound. Early music literacy develops the regions of the brain that process complex math and science, not to mention the positive effects of music learning on language development and problem solving.
Cultural Services offers classes in guitar, piano/keyboard and now a new preschool program. Classes focus on instrument basics and music reading. Fees vary according to class.
