Due to COVID 19 virus, and
for the safety of the City of Aurora citizens and building inspectors,
beginning March 18, 2020, the City of Aurora Building Division will not be
performing interior inspections on occupied homes. All interior
inspections will need to be rescheduled with the city after the Building
Division has resumed normal operations.
To make an inspection request please either email the
inspection request in at inspections@auroragov.org or go to www.aurora4biz.org and login
to your online account to request an inspection.

The Building Division's Field Inspector Group inspects permitted building projects within the city to ensure compliance to the adopted building codes and city ordinances.
