On April 2nd, 2018 at 1:21 am, Aurora officers arrived at East Hampden Ave and South Parker Road on the report of a single vehicle accident in which a bridge support was struck. The driver was declared deceased at a local hospital.  There were no other occupants of the vehicle.

The cause of the accident is unknown and under investigation. Further information may be released pending notification of next of kin.

Anyone who may have witnessed this traffic collision is asked to call Detective Daufeldt at 303-739-6303
