On July 22, 2019, at 02:32 A.M., Aurora Police Officers responded to the 1700 block of North Clinton Street on reports of an injured person.
Upon officers arrival they located an adult female suffering from a serious injury. The victim was transported to an area hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Positive identification of the victim, notification of the next-of-kin, and determination of the cause of death will be done by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
There currently is no danger to the public.
This is now being investigated by the Aurora Police Major Crimes/Homicide Unit. We ask anyone who may be a witness, or has information about this homicide, to please call Aurora Police Agent Krieger at 303-739-6113.
